Terms and Conditions
- Our lead time is 5 weeks from the date of the confirmed order – We cannot be held responsible for any delays out of our control.
- We will deliver to kerb-side only but our driver will be more than happy to carry windows into site but will require help to do this from the customer.
- All products to be checked by the customer upon delivery and any damage to be flagged ASAP to the delivery driver as once left on site we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
- All products to be fully paid for prior to delivery, we will not leave any products on site unpaid for.
- Customer is to check that all details provided on the quote are correct.
- Customer is to check that all measurements on the quote are correct as these measurements will be used to manufacture the final product.
