What Hardwood do you use to manufacture your windows?
We use Meranti hardwood.
What is engineered Timber?
Engineered timber incorporates the aesthetic and environmental benefits of timber whilst eliminating the negatives that made solid timber a niche choice for windows and doors. Engineered timber is a material that rivals and surpasses uPVC and aluminium for performance, durability, security and value in the window and door market, and all importantly, the use of engineered timber is paramount to creating a more sustainable, greener future.
What paint colours are available on your windows?
We use the RAL colour chart and require you to provide us the four-digit colour code.
How many stages are your windows painted in?
Windows are preserved-painted-finished in 5 stages:
- Chemical preservation stage directly dipping into preservative solution to protect against moisture absorption.
- Chemical preservation stage directly dipping into the preservative solution to protect against fungi, pests and mould.
- Pre-Final Coat – machine sprayed
- Final Coat – machine sprayed

No, we are a supplier only.
Do timber windows add value to my property?
Simply put Yes, Estate agents claim that double glazing in general adds value to your property but timber windows are aesthetically pleasing and increase the kerb appeal of your property, also consider if plastic windows are even allowed in your area?
How often do Timber windows require redecoration?
The paint should require re-painting after a minimum of 8 years and the wood stain around 5 years. A very minimal preparation is then required, a simple clean followed by a coat of paint. Just one. The re-decoration should take between 15 and 30 minutes per window.
Can I view a sample window?
Yes, it is possible to view a window by appointment only. Our storage facility is located in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Do you deliver windows?
Yes, all our products are hand delivered to ensure the windows reaches you in top condition.
How long until my windows will be delivered?
Our typical lead time is between 4 and 5 weeks but your lead time will be confirmed with you once the order is placed.
Can I collect my own windows?
Yes, you can arrange to collect from our storage facility in Bracknell, Berkshire but be aware that larger windows are very heavy.
What are your payment terms?
We require 50% deposit paid upon placement of order and the Remaining 50% paid prior to delivery. Payments to be made by bank transfer preferably. We are unable to accept payment over the telephone.
